This site is operated by Kalli Payment, a licensed REALTOR® with Select Realty in Marquette, Michigan (License #6501438301).
What we collect
When you request the guide or contact Kalli, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and — if you choose to share it — your phone number. If you check the SMS consent box, we also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on. Our web host may log standard technical data such as your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, send you the guide you requested, and — if you opted in — to text you about your real estate needs. Your details are added to Kalli's private client records at Select Realty. We do not send automated marketing sequences.
Phone & text messaging
If you share your phone number, Kalli may call or text you personally, from her own phone about your inquiry — there is no automated messaging system and no mass texting. Ticking the “feel free to text me” box simply tells her a text is welcome; it is optional and never a condition of anything. Your phone number is not sold or shared with any third party for their marketing purposes. Ask her to stop calling or texting at any time and she will.
Sharing
We share your information only with the service providers that make this site work (our web host, database, and email/text providers), and only as needed to serve you. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time — ask Kalli to stop calling or texting, unsubscribe from any email, or contact her directly.
